In the Afternoon hours of Thursday April 23, 2020, Deputies with the Jennings County Sheriff's Office received information that Jerimiah Blaze Littrell (age 20 of North Vernon) was at a residence in the Country Squire Lakes Subdivision and Littrell was wanted on several Jennings County warrants.

 

The Jennings County SWAT team responded to the residence. Jerimiah fled on foot just prior to the SWAT teams arrival. After a brief search of the area, Jerimiah was located hiding under a wooden porch and was taken into custody without further incident.

 

Jerimiah is being held at the Jennings County Jail without bond on the following charges:

 

5 Felony: Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams 

 

A Misdemeanor: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Domestic Batterer

 

A Misdemeanor: Carrying a Handgun Without a License
